Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Alizeti Locs. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Alizeti Locs operates as a mobile sisterloc maintenance service within the United Kingdom.

Alizeti Locs provides sisterloc maintenance and retightening services at the client’s chosen residential address.
All services are delivered with professional care and in accordance with industry hygiene standards. Results may vary depending on hair condition, density, prior maintenance, and overall scalp health.

- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your appointment.
- An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Deposits are transferable only in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Alizeti Locs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, deposits will be transferred to a new agreed date or fully refunded.

- Alizeti Locs maintains strict hygiene standards:
- All tools are cleaned and disinfected before and after each appointment with 70% alcohol (isopropyl or ethanol).
- Professional-grade tools and materials are used.
- Hands are sanitised prior to service.

Clients must provide:
- A clean, safe, and well-lit working area
- A stable chair suitable for extended sitting
- A smoke-free environment during the service
- Adequate ventilation
Alizeti Locs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working environment is deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or inappropriate.

Clients must disclose prior to appointment:
- Scalp conditions
- Skin sensitivities
- Allergies
- Medical conditions affecting hair or scalp
- Recent chemical treatments
Failure to disclose relevant information releases Alizeti Locs from liability for any resulting irritation, discomfort, or adverse reaction.
Alizeti Locs reserves the right to decline service where scalp health may compromise safety or results.

While every reasonable care is taken:
- Alizeti Locs is not liable for pre-existing hair or scalp conditions.
- Alizeti Locs is not responsible for breakage resulting from previous improper maintenance.
- Mild tenderness following retightening is normal and not grounds for complaint.
- Liability for any claim shall be limited to the value of the service provided.
Alizeti Locs is not responsible for damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence.

If a client is experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, the appointment must be rescheduled.
Alizeti Locs reserves the right to refuse service where illness is suspected. In such cases, standard rescheduling policies apply.

For safety and concentration purposes:
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Pets must be secured away from the service area.
Alizeti Locs reserves the right to discontinue service if the environment becomes unsafe or disruptive.

By booking an appointment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
